Terms of Service
Effective: October 4, 2026
CoveredTower is a service of Hightower Operating Group LLC. These terms govern access to the CoveredTower platform and related business operations services.
Services
Specific deliverables, channels, implementation work, response rules, and service scope are defined in the applicable order form or client agreement. CoveredTower does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, appointment volume, or business outcomes.
Fees and billing
Fees may include one-time onboarding charges and recurring subscription charges. Standalone audit fees may be credited toward onboarding when expressly stated in the applicable offer or agreement.
Term and cancellation
Client agreements may include an initial minimum commitment and notice requirements. The signed agreement controls if it differs from these general terms.
Past-due accounts
If payment becomes past due, CoveredTower may pause operational actions while preserving account data and billing access. Service may resume after payment is successfully resolved.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to CoveredTower, permissions for connected systems, lawful use of communications channels, and required notices or consents relating to their customers and workforce.
Limitations
Automation and AI-assisted workflows can make errors and require appropriate business oversight. CoveredTower is not a law firm, accounting firm, insurance provider, or substitute for professional advice where such advice is required.
