That is what being covered should mean.
Why I built CoveredTower.
I didn’t build CoveredTower because businesses needed another piece of software.
I built it because owners are carrying too much.
I’ve seen how quickly the responsibilities pile up. Sales. Customers. Employees. Compliance. Scheduling. Follow-up. Money. Growth. And somehow, the owner is expected to keep every one of those plates spinning while still thinking strategically about where the company is going.
Larger companies solve that problem with departments, managers, systems, and teams. Small-business owners are often expected to solve it by working harder.
I don’t believe that should be the answer.
CoveredTower is how I’m building growing businesses something closer to an operating infrastructure of their own — a system that can watch, respond, organize, surface what matters, and help coordinate more of the work happening behind the scenes.
